If we believe in the weather forecast for the next weekend – it will be really, really hot.
We expect to see more than 30 °C (86 °F) in Berlin.

This means every participant will have to carry fluids on the way: It is mandatory that every runner takes at least 0.5 litre with him when leaving an Aid Station. You are free to use a bottle or a hydration pack. At every Aid Station you can refill. It will be important to drink regularly. Our volunteers at the Aid Stations will also remind you to do so.

At the briefing in the Ramada Hotel, Carsten Bölke (race doctor of the Berlin Wall Race) will answer your questions and give hints how to make it through the hottest 100MeilenBerlin in history.
